Today was the first day I've worked out in over 3 weeks.  I've been sick and still don't feel 100%.  I can't remember the last time I've taken this long off of training.  It gave me time to read a bunch and sleep.  Can't wait to get back after it!

A.  5 Sets of 3 Reps of Power Clean; Rest 2 Mins Between Sets

B1.  Single Leg Squat @ 40X1; 8 Reps X 4 Sets
B2.  Side Bridge 45 Seconds Each Side; Rest 2 Mins

C.  Dips; 4 Sets X 15 Reps

John is going to be the O-lifting coach at the new gym.  Hang cleans from blocks with 315lbs.  He has shoulder injury so he's working on lower body strength and heavy pulls.  Impressive!

I'm back on the grid guys!  I was taking a little time off from working out.  My body feels great and I'm anxious to get back into the gymnasium.
